MB Continental Carp Academy
With over 20 years carp angling experience both at home and overseas we have decided to give something back to the sport we are so very passionate about. We spend many hundreds of hours every year on the banks in the pursuit of that one red letter session. In reality there are numerous aspects that must come together to achieve this session of a lifetime and with this in mind we gave a little more thought on what we do to make it happen. This gave birth to the concept of the MB Continental Carp Academy.
We are pleased to announce that we will be running a 10 week course consisting of 2 hours per session, where we will discuss and pass on our knowledge in all aspects of the sport from water craft to bait application through to rigs and fish care. Along the way we will call on a host of people - who we consider to be at the top of their field in our sport - to pass on their expert advice.
The course will end with students putting their new found skills to the test in an
actual angling trip on one of the
regions top carp waters.
Students will also be assessed on each module of the course and the overall top performing individual will win a free all inclusive carp fishing trip with
Mally to one of France's premier carp waters during the 2011 season (worth over £500.)
The MB Continental Carp Academy is aimed at all levels of ability in the 14 to 18 year old age group and older candidates who are new to carp fishing or wanting to improve their specific carp angling knowledge.
